On Non-Weather

I'm thinking it's not that the weather in Southern California doesn't change. There are changes; it's just that the weather doesn't matter. It's non-weather. So even though I have decided that it's November and I want to wear sweaters, others are walking around in shorts and flip-flops. And neither one of us looks out of place.
