Punk is a vision of repair.It can be described a reframing moment; from Lester Bangs to SLC Punk.
Taking things back to Dick Hebidge's Subculture, it has no origin point but is simply a meeting place of various styles, uses, and pleasures.
This is youth culture's most significant moment and it gets mistaken for something else.
