The Bar Car Is Rocking
Silk City, the diner/bar on Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia closed their door last year. Now after much renovation, the doors are back open. Once catering to the pregame crowd with Pabst Drink specials and the late night crowd with breakfast menus, Silk City like Mase is faced with redefinition.
